At GarageUniversity.app, our offerings are entirely digital—meaning there’s no physical shipping involved. However, we’ve outlined our policy below for transparency and clarity.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All of our products and services—including memberships, SaaS tools, mentorship access, and course content—are delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed:

  • Access to your selected plan (Explorer, Prime, or Prime Plus) will be provisioned immediately or within 1 hour.

  • Any included tools (e.g., GU Edge, Teamforce, Clarity, etc.) will be accessible via your account dashboard.

  • Mentorship or advisory calls (Prime Plus only) will be scheduled via email or in-app calendar tools.

2. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been activated or your subscription has been successfully processed. If you do not receive access within 1 hour of purchase, please contact our support team.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital, there is no shipping of physical goods. You will not receive any tangible package by mail or courier.

4. Troubleshooting Access
