At GarageUniversity.app, we are committed to helping entrepreneurs grow with the right tools, education, and support. Because most of our offerings are digital, returns work a little differently than physical goods.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All sales of digital content—including online courses, toolkits, memberships, mentorship sessions, and AI tools—are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Accidental purchase

  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not promised in the product description

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product or service.

  • Technical issues: If our platform fails to deliver the product or service you purchased and we’re unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

  • Trial periods or guarantees: If a specific product or service explicitly mentions a money-back guarantee or trial refund window.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@garageuniversity.app with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation.

3. Event-Based Products

Tickets or passes to live workshops or virtual events may be refundable only if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event. After that, no refunds will be processed.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
